Emily Stanislawski

Emily comes to WMSI from her hometown of New Berlin, Wisconsin. In 2018, she graduated from Lawrence University with a major in biology and a minor in psychology. While there, Emily helped start a community science project focused on increasing native pollinators in urban areas and developed a passion for connecting all people to science. Since graduating, Emily has worked in both informal and formal education at various institutions including with environmental education programs and most recently as an assistant teacher in a Montessori school.

Emily is excited to continue to work towards increasing access to hands-on, experiential STEM education through her role the STEM Education Coordinator. In her free time, Emily loves exploring, reading, trivia, and checking out cool bugs.
