Job Title: STEAM Volunteer (14+)
(seasonal part time, based out of WMSIβs Littleton, NH office)

About WMSI: White Mountain Science, Inc. (WMSI - pronounced βwhimsyβ), develops and delivers highly engaging STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) programs with the goal of teaching creative problem solving to students and teachers.
As a Volunteer, You Will:
Assist in hands-on STEAM-based activities and camps, helping campers explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math in a fun and engaging way.
Support staff in creating a safe, inclusive, and playful environment.
Help prepare materials and set up activities.
Encourage and guide campers through problem-solving and creative challenges.
Learn about classroom management, mentorship, and STEAM education from experienced instructors.
Work as part of a collaborative team and gain experience in an educational setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning.
Interest in STEAM topicsβno prior experience required!
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt.
A positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Schedule:
Training June 15th-17th
Camps start in mid-June 2026 and run through mid-late August 2026.
Commitment of 2-4 weeks plus training
